I've done a lot of recruiting throughout my career. I've conducted countless interviews for technical positions, and I like to think that the people I hired were above average to spectacular. What did I look for in the interviews?
Sam Decker, CMO at Bazaarvoice, has a great post on what to look for in candidates. He pretty much sums up my thoughts on interviewing - more clearly than I would have!
